The ACCGPG<\/strong> was a 501c(3) not-for-profit grassroots organization founded in 1994 in response to development pressures on the environmentally-sensitive lands in the\u00a0Allens Creek Valley, located just outside of Rochester, NY, in the towns of Brighton and Penfield.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since its inception the ACCGPG worked with the towns of Brighton and Penfield, the Genesee Land Trust, the Trust for Public Land, the Nature Conservancy, Sierra Club, Friends of Ahskwa Sanctuary, and other like-minded organizations, to preserve Allens Creek Valley acreage whenever possible and to work to ensure that any future development in the valley is environmentally-sensitive and does not negatively impact Corbett\u2019s Glen Nature Park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ACCGPG is no longer an active 501(3) 0rganization and does not accept contributions. We maintain this web site as a public service using our remaining funds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
